Managing Director 

Adam Curtis is the Managing Director of Curtis Productions, a leading force in live entertainment across the UK and internationally. With a career spanning national tours, stage management, lighting design, and musical direction, Adam is known for turning creative ideas into bold, polished productions—seamlessly guiding projects from initial concept to final performance.

He personally oversees the delivery of over 500 live events annually, all while developing and launching fresh, innovative shows tailored to an ever-evolving market. With a deep understanding of audience engagement, Adam has a proven ability to craft productions that resonate with a wide range of international audiences, ensuring each show hits the right note—whether on land or at sea.

His global portfolio includes large-scale productions in the U.A.E, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia, as well as serving as Production Executive for high-capacity Pop-Up Theatre experiences and Head of Talent for The Entertainment Group. Adam has also led the casting, creative, and technical delivery of headline shows on major cruise lines, helping to elevate the onboard entertainment experience.

A member of The Entertainment Agents' Association (TEAA), Adam represents top-tier talent across the UK and champions high standards of integrity and excellence in the industry.

Casting Director

With a dynamic career spanning the globe, Billy Joe Rowan is excited to step into the role of Casting Director, where he will draw upon his extensive experience and creative expertise to discover and develop exceptional talent. As a multi-skilled performer and creative professional, he has had the privilege of working on a wide array of projects, both on land and at sea, collaborating with some of the most esteemed names in the industry. His journey includes creative work with legendary figures like Stephen Schwartz and the Backstreet Boys, as well as renowned brands such as ITV, Cirque du Soleil, BBC Worldwide, and Strictly Come Dancing.

Billy's experience also includes significant roles within the cruise industry, where he contributed to entertainment on prestigious lines such as Princess Cruises, MSC, TUI Marella, and Fred. Olsen. As a Creative Producer, he successfully managed flagship productions onboard world-renowned cruise lines, while leading major land-based projects across the UK.

Billy's background as a singer, dancer, and all-around creative has endowed him with a keen eye for talent and a deep understanding of the creative process. His versatile skill set, along with his passion, precision, and heart, makes him eager to nurture artists and deliver impactful productions.
