Managing Director 

Adam, the Managing Director of Curtis Productions, brings a wealth of expertise to the entertainment industry. With a rich background encompassing national tours, stage management, lighting design, and musical direction, Adam is celebrated for his ability to transform concepts into captivating productions, guiding them from inception to execution flawlessly.

His global experience includes prestigious productions in Dubai, U.A.E, and Saudi Arabia, alongside key roles such as the Production Executive for high-capacity 'Pop Up Theatre' productions as the head of talent for The Entertainment Group

Adam is also a member of the The Agent Association (TEAA), representing some of the best talent and artists in the UK, 

 and is committed to upholding the highest standards of excellence in entertainment. 

His involvement in installing and providing headline entertainment on cruise ships adds yet another dimension to his illustrious career, contributing to unforgettable experiences for passengers worldwide.

In his role as CEO of Curtis Productions, Adam leads a talented and creative team of over 40 freelance performers, fostering a culture of professionalism and innovation. With a focus on delivering exceptional entertainment experiences, Adam's vision ensures that Curtis Productions continues to delight audiences globally, solidifying its reputation as a leader in the entertainment industry.

Creative Partnerships Director

Julie is a seasoned entertainment operations leader with over two decades of experience in the leisure and hospitality industry. Renowned for her ability to transform creative ideas into successful strategies, Julie excels at delivering high-quality entertainment experiences across multiple venues. She has directed teams to produce theatrical shows, guest acts, and unique events, ensuring exceptional quality and guest satisfaction.

Her career spans significant roles, including Head of Entertainment Operations at Away Resorts and Artist and Features Manager at Parkdean Resorts, where she oversaw the booking and management of thousands of live performances annually. 

Julie is celebrated for her innovative approach, having developed industry-leading partnerships and embraced new technologies to enhance guest experiences.

A strong advocate for team development and collaboration, Julie has a proven track record of fostering engaging cultures and driving high performance. Her expertise in budget management, project coordination, and stakeholder communication has made her a key player in the industry. Julie holds a BSc in Sociology and multiple management certifications, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Casting Director

With a dynamic career spanning the globe, Billy Joe Rowan is excited to step into the role of Casting Director, where he will draw upon his extensive experience and creative expertise to discover and develop exceptional talent. As a multi-skilled performer and creative professional, he has had the privilege of working on a wide array of projects, both on land and at sea, collaborating with some of the most esteemed names in the industry. His journey includes creative work with legendary figures like Stephen Schwartz and the Backstreet Boys, as well as renowned brands such as ITV, Cirque du Soleil, BBC Worldwide, and Strictly Come Dancing.

Billy's experience also includes significant roles within the cruise industry, where he contributed to entertainment on prestigious lines such as Princess Cruises, MSC, TUI Marella, and Fred. Olsen. As a Creative Producer, he successfully managed flagship productions onboard world-renowned cruise lines, while leading major land-based projects across the UK.

Billy's background as a singer, dancer, and all-around creative has endowed him with a keen eye for talent and a deep understanding of the creative process. His versatile skill set, along with his passion, precision, and heart, makes him eager to nurture artists and deliver impactful productions.

Production Manager

Ashley’s passion for music began at a very young age, and growing up in a musical family, pursuing a career within the industry was inevitable.
He first took to the professional stage with The Panto Company in 2006, and in the 16 years since has had the pleasure of performing in amazing places with amazing people.
Ashley has had the fortune of combining work with travel having performed on board Princess Cruises for over 6 years, firstly with a function band, then moving in to production as vocal captain. Under great tutelage, and with plenty of hard work, he soon learned what makes a show a cut above the rest. Attention to detail and tenacity in teamwork.
Not long after leaving his sea legs behind and settling down with his wife and two dogs, he met Adam and the Curtis family, and has had the honour of working with them since.
Ashley is thrilled to be Production Manager for this fantastic company.
